John and I have bounced in and out of each others lives for some time. He and I both graduated from Hardaway High School; he in 1997 and myself in 1998. It was a great to find out that John was taking his small business work ethic and applying it to the well being of our area. ‘Happy customers pay the bills’ states John when talking about business development. ‘I believe in developing people’, he continued.
In the podcast, we discuss everything from growing up in an business environment, customer relationships as the epi-center of success and how to manage expectations in a fast-paced business. John is the owner of two McDonalds in the valley area and has been focusing recruiting online and looking at mobile technology.
We also dive into the diverse technology behind mobile payments. What will we see in the future for payments on the go?
We also spend a bit of time on John’s new venture into politics. Check out John Pezold for House District 133 on Facebook and visit the Macon Rd. McDonalds here in Columbus and also the new store on Commerce Ave. in LaGrange, Ga.
