If there is one thing that scares be most about owning a small business is Human Resources. My accountant handles my cash, lawyers handle my legal issues and Strategic HR handles my my greatest asset; my people. While I took a bit of Charlies mission statement there, his company works with businesses and organizations to keep them on point when it comes to human resources needs and legal issues.
